My favorite is allrecipes.com because you can search by ingredients. It's great for those couple of things you need to use up but don't have a recipe fore.
Also, make sure you always read the comments. People post changes they made to the recipe or ways to make it better.
A friend of mine here edit's/writes cookbooks and has recently created a recipe blog with some good stuff on it.

I like vegweb.com for meatless dishes. You can save recipes in your recipe box, comment on recipes, etc.
The Pioneer Woman has an excellent recipe section with tons of pictures, and good humor. Plus, Martha Stewart has a lot of good recipes, although sometimes her recipes are a little too exotic for me. crockpot365.blogspot.com is a good resource for cooking with crockpots.

I just started a recipe blog with some ladies in Hershey. The goal of this blog is to include everyone's top 3,5, or 10 recipes. We like to keep it simple - Only recipes that are tried and true. I don't like to spend time/money unless I know it is good.
